**Brand:** Samsung
**Price Range:** $1499.99 - $1597.99 across 2 retailers

## Pros
- Vivid, bright, and sharp 4K picture quality with Neo Quantum HDR+ delivers stunning visuals.
- Non-glare screen enhances comfortable viewing, reducing reflections in bright rooms.
- Sleek, minimalistic design sits flat against the wall and doubles as an art display with Art Mode.
- Included mounting bracket is easy to install and allows precise leveling.
- Reliable performance reported even after extended use (e.g., six months).
- Built-in speakers provide clear, loud sound sufficient for many users without needing a soundbar.
- Convenient Quick Connect box design requires only one fiber cable for power, AV, and network, enabling a neat setup.
- RF remote works without requiring line-of-sight, improving ease of use.
- Wide range of Samsung channels and good cable signal reception for more channels than older TVs.
- Setup and activation are user-friendly with smartphone or laptop verification assistance.

## Cons
- TV software is slow, glitchy, and frustrating; very limited internal storage (~2GB usable) severely restricts app installation and media storage.
- Smart TV features suffer from server maintenance issues causing difficulty in setup and app performance.
- Mobile app connectivity is problematic when the TV is connected via ethernet, forcing Wi-Fi to manage artwork and settings.
- Samsung has been slow to address software bugs and user complaints, with no fixes in sight.
- Significant noticeable lip-sync delay between speech and video occurs across built-in speakers, HDMI soundbar, and optical output; HDMI audio sync is best but still lagging.
- Art Mode paintings improve aesthetics but don’t appear completely realistic, which may disappoint some users.
